Virginia Cocktail Peanuts creator Mary Vaden

Mary Vaden grew up in the Shenandoah Valley where families always had a tin of Virginia peanuts around the house to offer guests. After a career in radio, then raising four children, she began MV’s Best in her family kitchen overlooking the beautiful Navesink River, using the barn as a warehouse.

Originally, MV's vision was to bring VCPeanuts to the Northeast.  Quickly this delicious product sold nationally and now internationally.  People rave about the premium quality and crunch of these fine, large, hand-prepared Virginia peanuts.  

Sustainability

VCPeanuts' packaging is fully recyclable.  Our all-metal can, paper label and plastic lid can easily be sorted and recycled.  We also do extensive recycling at our warehouse. 

Our peanuts are harvested, cooked and packaged by American workers. We will never try to cut costs or cheapen our product at the expense of USA jobs.
